Water tanker supplies Bluff after pipe bursts

Water supply should resume soon.

A TANKER is supplying water to parts of the Bluff which have been affected by a burst water pipe.

Workers have been at the scene of the source of the leak on Marine Drive since yesterday.

According to ward 66 councillor JP Prinsloo, the pipe has been repaired and the hole will soon be filled.

Motorists driving in the vicinity of Grays Inn Road should proceed with caution as one lane is closed while repairs are being finalised.

Once the hole has been filled, the water will be turned back on and supply should be restored to afflicted areas.
