Semi-annual assembly attracts 700

The responsibility of parents to teach their children to love God was also discussed which included an interview with two young people.

The semi-annual Jehovah’s Witnesses event at Amanzimtoti Civic Centre attracted over 700 witnesses and non-witnesses from Scottburgh to the Bluff on Sunday.

The assembly theme was ‘Maintain Love for Jehovah’ and included encouraging talks and interviews.

One of the appealing discussions was a reminder to all that one of the most important ways to show love for God is to love our brothers.

The responsibility of parents to teach their children to love God was also discussed which included an interview with two young people. They expressed how their parents were good examples, good teachers and not only good parents but friends who they could confide in.

The keynote speaker was Keith Wiggill from the Krugersdorp branch office.
