UPDATE: Durban roads blocked as #Zumamustfall protest march starts

The march is continuing as the protestors have started their walk from the old circus site near Suncoast to the ampitheatre at the beach.

 

BUSES and trucks have reportedly blocked off a number of roads in Durban in light of the #Zumamustfall march.

Garrith Jamesion from Rescue Care paramedics is at Spine Road bridge, where roads are blocked by buses, preventing any cars from passing.

Other roads blocked include the M4 southbound, N3 southbound towards Durban causing traffic to come to a standstill.

“It’s a very peaceful march. We are at the amphitheater and a few guest speakers are addressing us right now. There are 1,000s of people.  I can’t even get to the middle, let alone the front,” said Montclair supporter, Belinda Harcombe.
