Get some fresh air this Walk in the Park Day.

TALK a Walk in the Park Day (Thursday, 30 March) is a great excuse to get outside and have some fun.

You could also use the walk to practise your photography and get some wildlife snaps or photos of your children.

Why not visit local parks, like the Bluff Nature Reserve, or Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve? Or you could join one of the local ramblers clubs. You could also enjoy a bit of sunshine in one of the many small parklands interspersed in the suburbs.
