BEWARE of impostors with official-looking documents claiming to have permission to build low cost housing.
This warning comes from eThekwini Municipality. Fake service providers use forged governmental documents and stamps giving them permission to build low cost housing.
The KZN department of human settlements has reported the scam to the police and an investigation is being conducted.
