EDITOR – If this is how much our police officers regard our people, then we really should treat them with the respect they show us.
This photo was taken on Sunday at the Oxford Supermarket on the Bluff at about 12.15pm.
It’s really sad to see the police using the disabled parking space.

EDITOR – In response to the complaint against a SAPS Brighton Beach member who used the disabled parking at Oxford, we would like to place on record that the station commander of SAPS Brighton Beach and his management does not condone the actions of the member involved.
We appreciate the fact that this unbecoming conduct has been brought to our attention.
A departmental investigation has been registered.
Our members are committed to protect and serve the Brighton Beach community, and we will not hesitate to take action against members who bring the organisation into disrepute.
