Bushlands WI re-elects top table

The raffle prizes were won by S White and Y Munro.

THE Bushlands WI AGM held on 5 March, was kindly presided over by group executive Maureen Lavis, and the ‘top table’’ was returned unchanged and unchallenged, so Nora Brown remains president, Y Munro secretary and Angela Croucamp treasurer.

Newcomer Daphne du Plessis wiped the board, winning five of the monthly competitions and two seconds, and therefore winning the overall prize for the year. Runner up was Norah Brown with 944 points and another newcomer, Marlene Jones came third with one win and four seconds. Congratulations to these women. Birthday girl Yvonne Lane was wished for 22 March. The raffle prizes were won by S White and Y Munro.
