Park Patrol awarded by police

The local security company is rewarded for its service to the police and community.

A LOCAL security company was awarded for its Women’s Month partnership with Brighton Beach SAP to ensure women were properly equipped when it comes to their own protection.

In partnership with the police, Park Patrol Security staff members conducted two crime awareness programmes aimed at women. The first, on Tuesday, 12 August saw brochures handed out at the intersection of Tara and Grays Inn roads. And the second, on Friday, 15 August, local women were given vigilance and self-defence training.

On Friday, 17 October, Park Patrol Security was recognised by the police for the part they played in National Women’s Month. “The continuous conditioning of our community members through pro-active crime awareness initiatives enables us to empower individuals. Pro-active policing initiatives are imperative and the support from the business sector helps us achieve our goals. Brighton Beach SAP management thanks Park Patrol Security for their active participation and partnership in the National Women’s Month celebrations,” said Brighton Beach SAP communications officer, Captain Louise Le Roux.
