EDITOR – I went to Cape Town two weeks ago and noted what a stunning, clean city it is.
Last week I went down to the South Coast – even that was so beautiful and clean.
What’s wrong with the people of the Bluff and the municipality in charge?
Where are the days when even the Bluff was so clean? And the beach is shocking. Walk on Durban beachfront, what a pleasure. Come back to the Bluff, what a disappointment.
Everybody complains that people don’t have jobs. Use those people who want work and are sitting on street corners asking for jobs, to clean the area. Why do we pay all this rates and taxes and get this kind of service?
