Bikers injured in separate accidents

THREE bikers sustained serious injuries in separate accidents in the past 24-hours.

On Sunday, 27 July a biker collided with a vehicle in Edwin Sales Drive near the Shell garage at about noon. The biker was found sitting on the pavement in severe pain. He was stabilised by Rescue Care paramedics and transported to hospital.
At about 6pm, a vehicle turned into a biker in Sarnia Road, Bellair near the Caltex garage. The biker sustained major injuries.

In the early hours of Monday morning, a biker was knocked over by a truck on the M7 west bound near the Bellville bridge. He was found lying in the centre median of the highway. He sustained multiple injuries.

Police are investigating the causes of the accidents.
