Bluff man missing

THE family of missing Bluff man, Ian Henry are calling for assistance in locating him after he disappeared on Monday, 20 January.

The 46-year-old was last seen leaving Bluff Meat Supply in Hillcrest, where he is a manager. Camera footage shows him leaving the premises at 10.30am. He phoned his wife, Trish, at 11am to tell her he was going to a meeting in Springfield Park, but he never arrived. “He always phones me whenever he is travelling somewhere, because he knows I worry. When he didn’t call me later to say he left the meeting, I was worried,” said Trish, who has been married to Ian for 24 years.
He was travelling in a silver Corsa bakkie, registration NPN 11597. Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the family on 031-466-1008 or 076-448-9919, or dial 10111.

  1. Why was there no follow up on what a scumbag this Ian Henry is? The Sunday Tribune got the story right, and the family and business partner lied through their teeth about this piece of crap. He cost the taxpayer hundreds of thousands of rands and his psychopathic behaviour has extended to trying to close down a local food stand which has been in existence for a decade. This type of individuals unethical and immoral behaviour should be revealed to the public, as well as the unhygenic store he runs in Hillcrest where the Health Department has been called six times in the last year alone. Journalistic integrity, as far as I see it, should do a factual follow up on the miscreants of society and I thought digging up dirt was your specialty? This is a newsworthy story and you have the power to get rid of just another unethical scumbag from the community.
