Crèche forum hosts family fun day

THE Wentworth Crèche Forum’s (WCF) Supported by Save the Children hosts a family fun day and Wash expo on Saturday, 2 November at Assegai Primary School, Austerville Drive from 8am to 5pm.

Themed ‘The Year of Caring for the Children in Wentworth ECD Centres’, parents, early childhood development (ECD) practitioners, family members, government officials, partners and members of the community are invited to join in. The event will celebrate the strides made in ECD; celebrate the Children who live or go to school in Wentworth and thank ECD caregivers and teachers.

Sports races, animal petting, face painting, dancers, local drummers, balloon sculpting, games, puppet shows, magicians, competitions, live Disney characters, food and beverage stalls and much more will be the order of the day. A Wash corner with competitions, jumping castles and other entertainment will feature. A Health and Wellness corner with educational material will be open to adults.
