We might not do it often and sometimes we forget, but washing our hands thoroughly is important to our health and fight against deadly germs and diseases.
Dirty hands are a vessel for bacteria and can be the cause of many illnesses such as:
- Dysentery
- Cholera
- Typhoid fever
- Salmonellosis
- Hepatitis A
- SARS
- Influenza
- Diseases caused by helminths
Best time to wash your hands is all the time but mainly:
- After using the toilet
- After coming home from the street
- After coming to work
- Before each meal
