Montclair police seek help in identifying man’s body

However the man's identity is unknown and next of kin have not been informed.

MONTCLAIR police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man who was found at about 7.30pm on Wednesday, 27 September.
A passerby near the Old Mill Road bridge in Yellowwood Park noticed a man was lying motionless at the bottom of the bridge.

He called the police, who established that the man was dead. The relevant departments were called in to assist and an inquest has been opened, pending the receipt of the post mortem results. However the man’s identity is unknown and next of kin have not been informed.
Police describe the white man as being of about 25-years-old. He was wearing a green and brown jersey, with camel-coloured trousers. Detective Const Majola of SAPS Montclair detective branch is keen to trace his family or friends to assist in identifying the man. Call him on 073-638-3182.
