HARLEQUINS Harriers Athletics Club time trial results from Wednesday, 15 March:
4.7km run: Debbie Stringer 25.06, Bruce Deeley Smith 25.07, Daniel Human 25.08, Basil Kok 25.10.
Well done to all these runners who braved the windy and thunderous conditions.

Time trials are held every Wednesday evening at 5.45pm, starting at Bluff National Golf Club in Club Drive. All are welcome.
