JUST IN: Boy (7) dies in collision

Traffic is backed up in the vicinity of Blamey and South Coast roads

JUST IN: A 7-year-old child passenger has just died after being involved in a collision on the corner of Blamey and South Coast roads this morning (Tuesday, 24 January).

After numerous attempts at resuscitation, the child succumbed to his injuries.

A four-year-old boy is in a critical condition. Both children were on their way to school when a taxi collided with the car they were travelling in.

Traffic is backed up in the vicinity.
