Cyclist at wit’s end after being bitten by dog eight times

I have been attacked by a dog from a house in Chipdale Avenue eight times.

EDITOR – I am a 69-year-old man who travels by bicyle past Chipdale Avenue.

I have been attacked by a dog from a house in Chipdale Avenue eight times.

I am hard of hearing, so I sent SMSes to Brighton Beach police station on every occasion.

To date, nothing has been done about it. I was again attacked on Wednesday, 6 July and had to pedal my legs off to get away from the dog. Who else can do something about this matter, or must I first be bitten before someone will react?

CYCLIST, BLUFF

Ed’s note: This letter has been forwarded for attention of the police station management at Brighton Beach, in the hope that you may find some resolution.
