There were amazing zombies and scary creatures who came out to party the night away.

AT Woodlands Sports Club, the meat draw was won by Glen De Wildt, second and third prize was won by Cobus.

The snowball was a carry over until next week, as E De Le Peyre was not present.

The swindle was won by Glen Morris, Cobus, Sandra and Andy Cox, AB won twice, Brian Elliot, Dixie, Dave and Arleen.

Big thanks go out to Shanelle Jenkins for all the hard work that went into sorting out everything for the Halloween party held on Saturday night. The evening was a great success with a good time being had by all.

There were amazing zombies and scary creatures who came out to party the night away. Thank you to all that attended. The club also thanks Colin who gave up his time to ensure that everyone ate by making boerewors rolls, while Kyle the DJ entertained everyone on the dance floor. Choosing a winner for the best dressed proved to be a difficult task, with most people being unrecognisable in their outfits, but eventually in a close selection, it was decided that Melisa Olsen and Clifton Brass were the best dressed. Joanne Steyn and Cindy Pearson were winners in the lucky draw competition.

Woodlands Sports Club will host a Christmas fair on 6 December. Tables will cost R20 each. To book, call Carole Lauderdale on 082-923-2197. There will be refreshments on sale, as well as entertainment for the children. This will be a nice family outing, with something for everyone.
