Thumbs up to Rossburgh traffic centre efficiency
I spoke about my pleasant experience to people I met during the course of the day and heard back that it was indeed the way Rossburgh Traffic Department 'rolls'.
EDITOR – I went to Rossburgh traffic department for my licence renewal last Friday morning expecting to write off an entire day.
What a pleasant, happy experience it turned out to be.
There was prompt timekeeping and a humorous explanation by one of three friendly, approachable and patient women about the procedure to follow.
It opened at 7.45am and I was driving out at 8.10am – that included the cashiers hall by the way, where the cashiers were just as friendly.

Big ups to you, Rossburgh for a well-run, clean and friendly traffic department.
