Mangosteen focus for gardeners

The next garden club meeting is on 11 June at 9.30am at the Pigeon Club, Tara Road, Bluff.

NATALIA Garden Club members listened to a most interesting talk on mangosteen benefits at the 14 May club meeting.

Some members also went on a fulfilling excursion to Illovo Nursery in Kingsburgh on 28 May.

Members were asked to donate peanut butter and jam at any monthly meeting towards the Bluff schools’ sandwich ministry. Birthday wishes and gifts for June go to Ellen Wheal, June Richards and Yolanda Oldfield. A gift as a token of appreciation went to honorary members Margaret Everett and Mona Edds for their continued commitment to the club.
