Cat and mouse trips ends in win for Gloria
It was a cat and mouse game and in the end Gloria and her team won by two shots.

ON Saturday afternoon, Rina Harper, Linda Hewer and Lynn Carlyle played a game of trips against Gloria Rice, Colleen Blenner-Hassett and Daphne Els at Woodlands Bowling Club.
It was a cat and mouse game and in the end Gloria and her team won by two shots.
The men played at home against Amanzimtoti in the league and both teams won their games with good scores. On Sunday Rina Harper and Andy Cloete played in the playoffs in the Oppenheimer tournament but unfortunately lost their game. Well done to both for getting so far. On Friday night the club snowball was won by G Tarbotan but as they were not there it is another carry over. The meat draw winners were Karyn Wallace, Rob de Wildt and Maria Berry. Swindle winners were Carole Lauderdale (twice), Shirley Tomlinson, Keith and Merle Hughes (twice), Gordon Voight, Mark Barclay, Andy Carstens and Dave and Arlene Leuchars.
