Ingredients(serves 4)
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 avocado, peeled,pitted and diced
- 1 red chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped
- fresh coriander
- 3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- juice of ½ lime
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the mango,
- avocado, chili, coriander and garlic.
- Stir in the salt, lime juice, red onion, and olive oil.
- To blend the flavours, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
