Marriage on the menu for Roxi

“WILL you marry my daddy?” were the words that adorned Bluffite Roxi Wardman’s puppy when she came home to her boyfriend on Monday, 29 December.

Still enjoying her new title as SA Masterchef champion, Wardman was out shopping when her boyfriend, Byron Maclou set up the surprise. “I found it strange that he kept messaging me to find out what time I would be coming home and to let him know when I was on the Bluff. When I walked into the door at home, there he was on one knee, with our pup, Milo,” said Wardman.

The couple’s dog had a signboard around his neck that read “Will you marry my daddy?” The shocked Wardman quickly said yes. “It took me completely by surprise, but I am over the moon,” said the elated bride-to-be.
