Stride along to Stainbank race this weekend
The annual BMG Stainbank Cup event will take place from Yellowwood Park Sports Club on Sunday, 7 December at 6am.

2.5km run: Garth Hancock 10.24, JP Wessels 10.27, Mike Sutton 10.29, Gareth Govender 14.02, Shane Govender 14.42, Aaron Govender 14.58 (personal best), Sbu Mnguni 20.13.
4km run: Sibusiso Mgobhozi 17.29, Garath Ormshaw 21.01, Gareth Hornby 21.05, Steve Conway 21.05, Emmanuel Ntombela 22.34, Blessing Mhlongo 24.10, JP Sharrock 27.08, Fred Schoon 27.08, Sandra Conway 27.08.
8km run: Mpumalelo Mweli 30.32, Eugene Ncube 30.47, Sydney Khuzwayo 33.58.
The annual BMG Stainbank Cup event will take place from Yellowwood Park Sports Club on Sunday, 7 December at 6am. The entry fee for the 15km run is R60 and for the 10km walk is R50.
