Time trialists to go watchless in reverse this week

BLUFF Athletics Club posts results from the last two weeks’ time trials as well as the seventh 10km series.

 

From the 24 July time trials:

Time trials are run on Thursday evenings at 5.45pm starting at Fynnland Combined Sports Club in Smith Street.

The watchless reverse route time trials happen this week. Pay R5 to guess your time, and the person closest to their time takes the kitty.

Fires will be lit for this week’s braai night after time trials. The club urges athletes to stay and enjoy the evening together.

The Saturday morning long training run starts at the entrance to the military base at 5am.

Both members and non-members are welcome to participate in all the club’s activities.
