The evening drew a diverse audience, including families, local leaders and passionate supporters. Attendees enjoyed the chance to dance and sing along to Michael Jackson’s iconic hits, with the atmosphere alive with excitement as the music brought people of all ages together in celebration of both his legacy and the important cause.

Darian Smith, founder of Community Fathers, highlighted the mission of the Seeds of Change initiative, explaining, “This project is designed to empower fathers and their children through hands-on gardening experiences. The primary goal is to teach sustainable food-growing practices, benefiting not only individual families but the broader community, as well.”

Participants in the programme will gain essential skills, from planting seeds to maintaining and harvesting their gardens. The project not only provides practical gardening knowledge but also encourages a sense of responsibility and community engagement. Fathers and their children will have the opportunity to strengthen their relationships, create lasting memories and develop a deeper understanding of sustainability and nature.

Smith expressed gratitude for the event’s success, crediting the community’s overwhelming support for the Seeds of Change initiative.
