Toy Run 2023 a resounding success [Video]

Hundreds of children will share in the joy of Christmas through the initiative.

HUNDREDS of toys were collected during this year’s Toy Run, a project that benefits many organisations and children’s homes each year.

Hosted by the Highway Dragons Motorcycle Club (MC), the event was a spectacular success again.

National leader of Highway Dragons MC, Johan Boes, and the club’s Durban leader, Andrew Bezuidenhout, said they were thankful to the bikers and sponsors who ensured the success of the event which allows hundreds of children to share in the joy of Christmas.

Organisations that will spread joy through the Toy Run this year include the Lions Durban South, Institute of First Steps, Mother of Peace, Scars are Blessings Foundation, Panda Pre-Primary School, Usizo-Lomndeni and Queen of Peace.

Toys will be distributed to children at various Christmas parties hosted by the organisations.
