“Peace is not about religion but rather about humanity. We wish to pray about the troubles of the world to alleviate the difficulties, sorrows and hardships faced by people throughout the world,” Khan said.

The march commenced from Punjab Circle and continued to Himalaya Road, to Krishna Rabillal Road, then passed Mondi and culminated at Punjab Circle.

“We are glad that we had the support of the community and various role-players. We will continue to pray for world peace while urging religious leaders and the community to continue to pray, as well,” Khan added.
