Donations to make festive party a reality
THE Dutch Club and Friends of Country call on local businesses to help them treat the charges of St Monica’s Children’s Home to a Christmas celebration.
A party at the Dutch Club, Tara Road on Sunday, 8 December is planned, with Santa Claus arriving to deliver presents. Other festive entertainment will also be included, along with food, sweets and games.
They are appealing to businesses to assist with contributions of sweets, biscuits, juice, paper plates, and cups, toys, wrapping paper, food, a jumping castle and other items which will make the day enjoyable for the children.
