Bluff AC runners prepare for Christmas run

Time trials start promptly at 5.45pm at the Fynnland Sports Club.

BLUFF Athletics Club time trial results from Thursday, 10 October:

6.4km run: Basil Kok 33.53.

A reminder that time trials start promptly at 5.45pm at the Fynnland Sports Club, Smith Drive every Thursday. All are welcome to run or walk, and no membership is required.

Club braai night takes place on the first Thursday of every month. Congratulations to all who participated in the Amashova Cycle Race. Well done.

Bluff AC's condolences go out to Erin, Gareth, Luke van Wyk and extended family on the death of their grandfather. Remember to prepare for the gruelling Christmas run on Sunday, 8 December. See you there.
