Help find missing man

BRIGHTON Beach police are looking for an elderly man who left his home and never returned. Mhlebeni Vincent Mayeza left his residence located at Umlazi V185 Ezimeleni on Thursday, December 9 at about 08:00.
 
At the time of his disappearance, the 71-year-old man was dressed in a blue two-piece overall, in half black boots and carried a grey backpack. He also suffers from dementia, hypertension and is diabetic.
 
The station’s spokesperson, Captain Louise le Roux said the man’s family has searched the area and hospitals unsuccessfully.  She said they even went to Jacobs Hostel, situated within the Brighton Beach precinct, as he waits there for job opportunities here.
 
“He has become known to residents there who had confirmed that they had last seen him on that morning. The family was advised by people who know them on Saturday, December 11 that Mayeza was sighted on Thursday, 9 and Friday, 10 December at the Isipingo Rail Station. However, he has not yet been found,” she said.
 
 
Mayeza has a slender build and weighs 85kg, he has brown coffee features a broad forehead with a bald shaven head. He has a grey pencil moustache and a grey beard. His nose is rounded with a round chin, oval face, flat ears, with particularly thick lips.
