The women of Brighton Beach SAPS were acknowledged for their labours of love showcased by them through their efforts, influences and roles as women of worth within societies.

The women of Brighton Beach SAPS were acknowledged for their labours of love showcased by them through their efforts, influences and roles as women of worth within societies.

To showcase gratitude, they received a laminated ‘Women of worth’ bookmark and a sweet treat gesture.

“Often women may become despondent due to the challenges they encounter when fulfilling their roles and responsibilities when caring for children. The bookmark has the intention of empowering women, reminding them of their endurance abilities, while encouraging them to remain diligent to their calling.

“Through this initiative, the strategic objectives of SAPS were achieved by acknowledging our female staffing who are mothers, guardians and caregivers, as we celebrate Mother’s Day,” said Brighton Beach police spokesperson Captain Louise le Roux.
