Poor service delivery irks residents [LETTER]

We know this city is not run by the previous counicllor’s political party, but he tried to ensure that residents were attended to.

EDITOR – As the citizens of eThekwini, we are tired of the poor service delivery we have been receiving.

What has given us some comfort is that on the Bluff we have had a councillor who has worked against the tide and tried to make things work (which is impossible at times).

I am excited that his political party has put up a candidate who is well-known and always puts our community first. We know this city is not run by the previous counicllor’s political party, but he tried to ensure that residents were attended to.

I am not a DA supporter in the national election, but I will vote for the DA candidate at local government because the DA has shown that they are a party that is serious about service delivery.

We can’t give the corrupt people more power in eThekwini by voting for a weak opposition.
