Juniors to play in tournaments

Youngsters are putting in the work to get ready.

JUNIORS at Brighton Tennis Club are hard at training for their upcoming tournaments. 

Players in the U12 open category are scheduled to play in the KZN Growthpoint Super 8 from Saturday to Wednesday, 24 to 28 October.

The ETA Coca Cola Pro Kennex Grand Prix follows straight after from Thursday, 29 October to Sunday, 1 November.

There are also tournaments for younger children in the KZN Growthpoint Lollipop competition from Saturday and Sunday, 24 and 25 October for the red, orange and green ball players, aged four to 11. 

Then the ETA Coca Cola Pro Kennex Lollipop follows from Saturday, 31 October to Sunday, 1 November.

This is also for red, orange and green ball players, aged four to 11. These tournaments are held at Westridge Tennis Club and surrounding clubs. 

Social tennis for adults takes place from 1pm to 5pm on Saturdays at Brighton Tennis Club. Tennis coaching for children and adults are available on Wednesday afternoons and Friday afternoons.
