Thanks to the implemented Centralised Chronic Medicines Dispensing and Distribution (CCMDD) system, patients do not have to wait in snaking queues to get their much-needed medicine and attention. The clinic use Clicks, Meditate, Dischem and Bluff Clinic as pickup points. “CCMDD deals with the decongestion of clinics so patients who are stabilised for a year, taking medication at the clinic, are sent to their nearest pharmacies for distribution. In this way, they don’t have to wait in queues and less time is wasted. The system ensures efficient and fast service at the clinic and dispensary,” she added.
