Aphelele claims podium spot in Forest HIlls 10km

Kiddies Comrades will be held these school holidays on Saturday, 22 July, start training kids.

WELL done to those athletes who did the Forest Hills 10km, in particular to Aphelele who did Bluff Athletics Club proud by placing third.

The club’s 10km club run is held from Fynnlands Combined Sports Club on Tuesdays. On Thursdays, time trials take place at 5.45pm. Athletes are reminded to wear light coloured clothing, reflective vests or lights to ensure maximum visibility as it is dark earlier in the evenings. All are welcome. Kiddies Comrades will be held these school holidays on Saturday, 22 July.
