Aphelele claims podium spot in Forest HIlls 10km

The club’s 10km club run is held from Fynnlands Combined Sports Club on Tuesdays. On Thursdays, time trials take place at 5.45pm. Athletes are reminded to wear light coloured clothing, reflective vests or lights to ensure maximum visibility as it is dark earlier in the evenings. All are welcome.
