Lend Wentworth Angels a helping hand
The organisation assists hundreds of families each month and is urging residents to donate items from their wish list.
WITH an increase in the amount of families living under the breadline and a massive demand for help in the Wentworth area, the Wentworth Angels are appealing for sponsors. The organisations founder, Tracey Williams, said the organisation assists hundreds of families each month and is urging residents to donate items from their wish list.
“We try our utmost best to help where we can. The dire need has increased among residents in our area and food items are needed on a weekly basis for our feeding schemes,” said Tracey.
Wentworth Angel’s wish list:
*50 kgs rice,
*10kgs dhal,
*10kgs sugar beans
*10kgs samp
*10kgs onions
*tomatoes
*cabbages
*5 litre oil
*50 tins tinfish
*50 tins bake beans
*10 santisers and assistance to complete our toiletry packs.
*70 loaves of bread (for Wednesday mornings)
*100 loaves of bread (for Sunday)
*Baby formula or Infacare (newborn,3-6months, 6-12months)
*Diapers ( newborn, 3-6months, 6-12months)
*Small, meduim, large and extra large adult diapers.
