The ocean education session created awareness around the marine life in our oceans, especially sharks, seismic surveys to drill for oil and gas, and the effect they have on marine life, as well as what the learners can do to make a difference to protect the oceans.

The session took place at the same time that the court was set to deliver its verdict on the seismic survey that was recently halted on the west coast.
