School choir uplifts Montclair seniors

The singing and choreographed movements to the music, with the teachers guiding the children, was really enjoyable and it brought tears to many eyes with memories.

THE Montclair Senior Citizens Club meeting on Thursday, 8 November was opened by Dave, who welcomed everyone.

Daniel from the New Covenant Church proceeded with devotions, and a message about life.

Our lives revolve around the choices we make and one needs to be significant, thus life is meaningful versus just being successful in life.

Dave then wished those whose birthdays this month happiness on their special day. Raffle prizes were drawn and distributed before refreshments were served.

After tea the children’s choir from Montclair Primary School was in full voice to entertain all present. What an awesome morning it was as the children sang among others ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘Born Free’, ‘Rocking Robin’, ‘When Christmas Comes Around’ and ‘Hallelujah’.
