A joint operation between Brackenhurst SAPS, Brackenhurst CPF, Mondeor CPF, CPS Security, Gridhawk Security, Fox Security and Fidelity-ADT was conducted in the veld area bordering Brackenhurst and Liefde en Vrede.
“It is believed that suspects are using the veld areas to break into houses on both sides of the veld in Brackenhurst and Liefde en Vrede,” said Mondeor CPF chairperson Mike Fontes.
Four suspects were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property and drugs and will be detained at Brackenhurst SAPS.
“It is hoped that this breakthrough will have a calming effect on house break-ins in these areas’ he said.
