Mondeor SAPS arrested one suspect following a chase at about 4.40am on October 13.
Police received information of a silver Polo from Tracker that was allegedly stolen in Benoni.
The vehicle was driving towards Southgate at a high speed. A chase ensued. In Antrim Street, Meredale, the vehicle collided with a wall.
The occupants started shooting and two suspects ran away. One suspect, with gunshot wounds, was arrested and is under police guard.
Police are still looking for the other two suspects.
