THE Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) Johannesburg is inviting members of the public to a Christmas shelter lunch on December 9.
This year AACL will combine their festive Christmas shelter lunch with a pet food drive for the animals in their care, which commenced on October 1 and will run until December 9.
The lunch will take place at the AACL premises of 59 Alice Street, Regents Park. People are advised to bring their family and join the fun.
The AACL will appreciate donations of dry and wet pet food and treats, toys, blankets, collars, leads and cat scratch poles, which can be delivered to AACL premises.
