JOHANNESBURG South Garden Club will host its next meeting on October 31 in The Winning Room, Queenshaven Retirement Village, 64 Outspan Road, South Hills at 10am.
The guest speaker will be Hanlie Wessels from Tulip Garden Centre who will talk about natural enemies and organic options for insects, flies and mosquitoes in your garden and home.

The City of Johannesburg has relaxed water restrictions, not lifted them. Whilst you may water with a hand-held hose or use a sprinkler system, the hours that you may water this way are from 6pm to 6am. Water is still a precious commodity. Use it wisely. Predictions are that normal rainfall patterns are only expected to return early next year so the need to conserve what we’ve got continues.
