The guests were quickly reminded of her fiery yet soulful performance and vibrant stage presence that launched her into the spotlight the first time as a teenage sensation. The maturity and experience has added even more soul and dynamics, thus ensuring her fans won’t be disappointed when they next see her on their local stage. This album was worth the wait.

Tima, along with her team, has been hard at work in the studio over the past few months, fine-tuning an album that she is proud of.

Says Tima of her return to the solo spotlight: “My desire to create music has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve been writing songs since the age of 11 and I have a whole lot more to say now at the age of 33. I’ve been through a whole lot over the last nine years. It’s time to pour it out into what I know best: music.”

Tima’s latest offering shows off her silky vocals while a cameo of ProVerb on the rap ballad Nguwe brings about the crème of rap innovators. The sultry songstress uses dark and sensual beats that explore a multitude of genres that will appeal to mass audiences.

Tima has always enjoyed a close affinity with her fans, even during her nine-year hiatus, and their excitement over this new release is palpable. She looks forward to being on a stage performing for them, soon. For her, it’s one of the best experiences in the world.
