Moodey was not fazed by the threat and welcomed the MEC to take any steps he wishes to take.
JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – MEC for economic development, environment, agriculture and rural development has threatened to sue the Gauteng Democratic Leader, John Moodey.
This comes after the Sunday Independent published that Moodey said the decision by Premier David Makhura to swop two MECs was intended to shield Maile from alleged acts of corruption.
The iol reported that: for Moodey, the reshuffling was “aimed at removing the threat of corruption allegations and investigations against Maile and his cronies, and to spare the ANC further embarrassment”.
The iol also reported that Moodey was not fazed by the threat and welcomed the MEC to take any steps he wishes to take.
