Living in a country renowned for its incredible sense of humour, where the only way to get past any situation is to crack a joke, Aromat has again come into partnership with the Loxion Comedy Series to give you exhilarating nights of laughter in various townships across the country.

Aromat has decided to Shake Things Up again this year with the Loxion Comedy Series Tour, having launched in 2014 and becoming a huge success leaving audiences at every show grasping for breath, the Aromat Loxion Comedy Series promises to leave you in giggles for days.

The Aromat Loxion Comedy Series is a comedy tour that travels to various townships within South Africa including, Soweto, Tembisa and Soshanguve in Gauteng, as well as Kwa Mashu and Umlazi in Durban, to bring Aromat users an “UNBELIEVABLE” night of comedy. Each night includes a hectic line up with some of South Africa’s leading comedians.

“We are once again excited about the second run of The Aromat Loxion Comedy Series Tour as the first one was a great success in both Gauteng and Kwa Zulu Natal”, said Jabulile Mthethwa, Knorr Marketing Manager.

The Opening night which is set to take place at the Soweto Theatre on February 27 will include some of the most hilarious human beings in the world, these are Felix Hlophe, Sifiso Nene, Jay Boogie, Smokey Nyembe, Siyanda Maphumulo, Pelepele Mchunu and lastly Tall Ass Mo with his unique, but odd style, who will definitely leave you in stiches. Not forgetting the ambassadors of the Comedy Series Egg and his favourite seasoning mate Aromat who will leave you amused with their zesty sense of humour.

This year the Aromat Loxion Comedy Series will be honouring past South African comedians, who made a mark on our television sets from the early 1960s by bringing us humour and laughter. A different comedian will be honoured at each show by flashing back to their most memorable moments, the comedian who will be honoured on February 27  is the legendary Joe Mafela, who played in various SABC sitcoms, to name a few, Sgudi Snaysi in which he played the role of Sdumo, he also featured in numerous television productions such as Madam and Eve, Going up and Khululeka.
