Distinctions plenteous at Marist Brothers

Learners out perform themselves at Marist Brothers achieving brilliant results in 2014 matric

LINMEYER: Never short of an outstanding performance from their learners, Marist Brothers Linmeyer boasted thirteen pupils who achieved a number of distinctions.

Private schools in Gauteng were the first schools to receive their results, with Marist Brothers pupils already knowing how they fared in their results as early as on January 2.

TOP ACHIEVER: Jason Parry with eight distinctions made it onto the IEB Outstanding achievement list and ranked within the top five per cent of all IEB students in six or more subjects.

Monique Pimenta, Ramao Queiroz, Leandra Oliveira, Fabio Faria and Denisha Govender were among the first students who came in early to collect their matric results and all did extremely well.

Top achiever at the school was Jason Parry with eight distinctions in subjects including English, Afrikaans, Maths, Accounting, Geography, Information Technology and Life Orientation.
