Over 30 years the best of the best wines were showcased in South Africa at Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild.
On Wednesday August 27 the leading winemakers in South Africa had the opportunity to display their efforts at The Artrium at Nedbank, Sandton.
Johannesburg wine enthusiasts were given the chance to taste a small variety of excellent wines provided by the Cape winemakers. Visitors could bid on rare signed bottles from previous Guild auctions during the Silent Auction, in aid of the Nedbank CWG Development Trust (founded in 1999).
Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction will take place on Saturday October 4 from 09:00 at Spier Conference Centre in the Stellenbosch Winelands. The event is open to the public and a record line-up of 62 singularly crafted wines goes under the hammer.

All these auction wines are subjected to rigorous scrutiny by the Guild’s tasting panel and tested by an independent laboratory to ensure that they are free of any defects and meet the highest standards of wine health measurement.
