Spare a thought for our animals this winter. They need shelter and a warm blanket.
Better to take care of the animal than to have the animal making crying noises in the night, and to have the SPCA or animal organisations coming out. It is against the Animal Protection Act not to take care of your animal. And do not forget your parrot! Cover those cages with a blanket in the night. There is a draft that goes through the house; surely you can feel the colder air when going to the bathroom during the course of the night. So, in a nutshell: If you have a ‘child,’ take care of it, and the very same applies to animals/pets, if you have an animal, take care of it!
