Morning treat for seniors

It was a fun morning for invited seniors recently, when they arrived at The Glen Shopping Centre and were treated by Pick n Pay, Bargain Books, Dis-Chem, Post Net and Wimpy.

THE GLEN SHOPPING CENTRE – Wimpy hosted the morning at their restaurant, with Pick n Pay providing delicious savouries and cakes; Post Net designed bookmarks; Bargain Books gave away books, and Dis-Chem, toiletries. The seniors had a wonderful morning, enjoying each other’s company, the tasty treats and gifts which they received.

“Senior’s don’t always receive treats and Wimpy, together with our other sponsors, wanted to spoil them for a morning,” said Veronica Davids, store manager at Wimpy The Glen.
